- All of our jerky is made from 100 percent USDA Angus Beef, in the foot hills of the Texas hill country. For over 20 years we have been specializing in old fashion style Beef Jerky and Snack Sticks. Prepared and packaged daily . All Natural spices, No added MSG always fresh. Please allow 7 to 10 days for processing and delivery.
